25–40% more revenue from your client's email channel, profit you keep
Done-for-you White Label Email Marketing, the team behind your brand.
White label email marketing services for agencies, studios, and brands. We design, build, send, automate, and optimize email marketing for your clients. Every email goes out under your brand. Every dashboard says your name.
The same three conversations come up in our intro calls every single week.
"Clients keep asking about email. We keep losing them."
You're a paid ads agency. A web design studio. An SEO firm. Every client eventually asks "can you do our emails too?" And every time you say no, or refer them out, you watch retainer revenue walk out the door.
"We build the site. Then we hand off the most valuable channel."
You spent eight weeks designing a beautiful Shopify store. The brand launches, drives 100k visitors, and bleeds 97% of them out the bottom of the funnel. Email is what would have caught them. You knew that.
"We're paying $8k/month for an in-house email marketer who's overloaded."
You hired one email marketer two years ago. Now they're managing 14 flows, 4 campaigns a week, deliverability fires, and a designer who quits every six months. You don't need another full-time hire.
Recognize yourself in one of these?
Most agency owners book the strategy call right after reading this section. Yours runs 30 minutes, no pressure.
We're not another email marketing platform. We're the team behind one.
Every other result on this page is a SaaS tool with "white label" in the marketing copy. We're the humans who actually run the playbook, strategy, design, copy, code, send, optimize. Your stack stays your stack. We just show up and do the work.
You don't need more software. You need more humans. We're the humans.

Everything email, strategy through send, audit through scale.
We cover the full email marketing so you can offer a complete service to your clients without hiring a single person.
Email strategy & audit
We assess flows, list health, deliverability, segmentation, and revenue, then build a 90-day roadmap that prioritises revenue, not vanity metrics.
Deliverable: 12-page audit deck + prioritised 90-day plan
Klaviyo / ESP flow buildout
Design, write, code, and test every core flow, welcome, abandon, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment, sunset, connected to the right segments and triggers.
2–8 campaigns per month: designed, written, coded, segmented, sent, reported. Holiday calendars, launches, content, re-engagement. The full calendar, on autopilot.
Deliverable: Live campaign engine on your client's stack
Email template design & code
Pixel-perfect, mobile-first, dark-mode-safe templates. Designed in your client's brand. Coded to render flawlessly across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and the rest. AMP-ready when it helps.
Deliverable: Reusable modular templates + brand-locked design system
Deliverability & list hygiene
SPF / DKIM / DMARC, domain warmup, list cleaning, suppression rules, engagement-tier segmentation, inbox placement testing. We pull deliverability up from "okay" to "98%+ inbox", measurably.
Klaviyo → Omnisend. Mailchimp → Klaviyo. HubSpot → ActiveCampaign. We move flows, lists, templates, segments, and metric history without dropping a beat. No revenue lost during the switch.
Live on your stack in 7 days. Profitable from day one.
A boring process beats an exciting one when there's revenue on the line. Here's exactly how we plug in.
1
Days 1–2
Discovery + NDA
A 30-min strategy call. You tell us what your client needs. We sign a mutual NDA before the call ends. You leave with a scoped quote and a start date, usually that week.
2
Days 3–5
Onboarding
We get access to the ESP, Shopify / Stripe / HubSpot data, brand guides, and prior emails. We set up your Slack or PM tool. We brief our team, under your brand.
3
Day 6 onward
Execution
We ship work weekly. Designs go to you for approval first. Then we send under your brand, from your client's domain, in your client's voice. Friday status updates always.
4
Monthly
Reporting & scale
Every 30 days, a white-labeled performance report, opens, clicks, revenue, list growth, deliverability, wrapped in your branding. Add another client the same week.
Three kinds of partners. One quiet team behind the scenes.
For marketing agencies
Add email as a service line, without hiring a retention team.
You run a paid media, SEO, or growth agency. Your clients keep asking for email and you keep saying "soon". We become your email department, invisible to your clients, baked into your service mix, billed at your rates.
Avg agency partner adds $4k–$12k MRR per client they roll us into.
For design & dev studios
Attach a recurring email retainer to every site you ship.
You ship gorgeous Shopify, Webflow, and WordPress sites. The retention layer that makes those sites profitable, email, has always been someone else's problem. Make it yours. We power the email side of every site you build.
Clients stay on-brand and on-platform with you for years, not months.
For ecommerce & SaaS brands
A retention team you embed, without a 90-day hire.
You don't need another agency contract. You need a team. We embed directly, Slack handles, your-name@yourcompany.com aliases, your PM tools, and work as your in-house retention team. Your customers never see the seam.
Your strategists ship strategy. We ship execution.
Not sure which one you are?
You can be more than one. We'll figure out the right white label email marketing fit on the call.
Free SMS marketing add-on, orchestrated with email

What partners say
The same thing keeps coming up: "We forget you're not in-house."

We onboarded them as our email team eight months ago and client retention has jumped 22%. Half the time I forget they're not on our payroll. The work is that consistent, that on-brand, and that quiet. They sign the NDA, show up to standups, and the campaigns just ship.

Before we partnered, we were referring email out to two freelancers and losing about $14k a month in walk-away revenue. Six months in, that walk-away is zero, our email line is our highest-margin service, and our clients think we built an in-house retention team. We didn't. We just hired this team.

As a DTC brand we'd burned through two in-house email marketers in 18 months. They embedded into our Slack, took the email-marketing@ alias, and within 60 days our flow revenue had doubled. We promoted our internal marketing director instead of replacing them. Best back-office decision we've made.

What is white label email marketing?
White label email marketing is when one company (us) executes email marketing work for another company's clients (yours) under your brand. Every email goes out under your client's domain, every dashboard says your name, every report has your logo. Your clients never know we exist, we sign NDAs that ensure they never have to.
How is this different from a white-label email marketing platform?
A platform gives you software with your logo on it. You still have to do the work, design templates, write copy, build flows, send campaigns. We are the team that does that work. The platform is your client's. The labor is ours. The credit is yours.
Who is white label email marketing for?
Three groups: (1) digital marketing agencies that want to offer email without hiring a retention team; (2) web design and development studios that want a recurring email retainer attached to every site they build; (3) ecommerce and SaaS brands that want to expand their internal team without going through a 90-day hire process.
What email service providers (ESPs) do you support?
We work fluently in 15+, including Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo (Sendinblue), MailerLite, Customer.io, Drip, Campaign Monitor, ConvertKit, Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Constant Contact. If your client is on something else, tell us, we've migrated and built on 30+ over the years.
How long does it take to onboard a new client account?
Seven business days from signed NDA to first campaign in motion. The breakdown: 2 days for the discovery call and scoped quote, 3 days for access setup and onboarding, then we ship the first work item by day 7.
How much does white label email marketing cost?
Our published tiers start at $1,950/month for Starter (one client, lightweight program), $3,950/month for Growth (the sweet spot, full program for a single client), and custom $7,000–$15,000+/month for Scale (mature, enterprise programs). Per-project pricing starts at $2,400 for an audit + roadmap.
Will my clients ever know you're not in-house?
No. Every artifact, emails, dashboards, reports, Loom videos, even the project channels in Slack, is set up with your branding and your aliases. We answer to your account manager, not the client. If a call requires our presence, we attend as members of your team (we do not represent ourselves).
Do you sign a non-disclosure and non-compete agreement?
Yes, mutual NDA before access, and a no-solicit clause that prevents us from approaching your clients during the contract and for 12 months after. This is standard in every agreement we sign.
Can I cancel any time? Are there long-term contracts?
Yes, you can cancel any time. All retainers are 30-day rolling, give us 30 days' notice and the contract ends cleanly. Source files, templates, flow exports, and brand-locked design systems are yours to keep.
What if my client wants to take the work in-house later?
Great, we'll hand off cleanly. We document every flow, every segmentation rule, every template architecture, and every deliverability decision in a transition pack so the in-house team can pick up where we left off. We've done this dozens of times.
How do you handle deliverability problems on an existing ESP?
We start with a deliverability audit: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, domain age, sender reputation, ZeroBounce-style list health, and engagement-tier segmentation. We then write a remediation plan (usually a 30–60 day warmup + segmentation overhaul). Most accounts come out the other side with 95%+ inbox placement, up from the 70–80% range where they typically start.
Can you handle SMS or push notifications too?
Yes. SMS is included in the Scale tier and available as an add-on at Growth. We orchestrate email + SMS together, same brand, same calendar, same data model, because the two channels share a list and shouldn't be run by different teams.
Didn't see your question?
Ask it live on a 30-minute call. We answer everything, no scripts, no nonsense.
